Who we are:
We are a diverse educational community, offering children an exceptional education in a nurturing environment. Guided by Montessori pedagogies, our program is tailored to the individual needs of students with an intentional focus on children’s social and emotional development.
Blossoms is seeking curious, passionate, and dedicated educators with a commitment to life-long learning to join our team. Teachers with a genuine warmth and love for guiding children and their families as they embark on their educational journeys are encouraged to share a cover letter and current résumé.
At its core, Montessori is education for life, supporting the development of each child reaching their fullest potential. The goal of Montessori Education is to encourage children to become lifelong learners who respect themselves, others, and the environment. Through a Montessori approach, children and educators work together to build a sense of classroom community, and the students' sense of social responsibility is nurtured as they engage in daily tasks that encourage community-mindedness; watering plants, folding laundry, or cleaning up after themselves.
Montessori's educational approach is beautifully incorporated into Blossoms curriculum, as it emphasizes sustainability, care for the natural environment, social responsibility, and citizenship. Our program is integrated to tailor to students’ individual needs with an intentional focus on children’s social-emotional development, health, and well-being.
