Join our team as a Millwright or Millwright Apprentice, helping maintain and improve industrial equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll build skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, supported by paid training and mentorship.
Duties
- Install, align, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems
- Read schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Use tools such as welders, grinders, and mechanical hand tools
- Work with electrical technicians on PLCs and low‑voltage controls
- Assist with HVAC, boilers, and building systems to support safe operations
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
- Understanding of PLCs and automation troubleshooting
- Experience with CMMS software (an asset)
- Welding and boiler system knowledge (an asset)
- Basic HVAC and low‑voltage electrical skills
- Good problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service mindset
