Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed in all aspects of serving and food preparation




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction processing
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
