Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming setting for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good working condition.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or clients promptly.




- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required.

Skills

- Driver's license and a reliable car is an asset
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
