Real Estate Sales Representative

Skyfeel Developments is a reputable real estate and development company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking confident, motivated, presentable, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and industry professionals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and consistent follow-ups
- Present residential, commercial, and investment opportunities to clients
- Conduct property presentations, showings, and client meetings




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client communications
- Stay informed about GTA real estate trends and investment opportunities
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events

Qualifications

- Registered Real Estate Salesperson in Ontario
- Previous real estate sales or related sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and client-focused personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate current business
- Knowledge of the GTA real estate market is an asset
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social media
- Must be available to work in person

Preference will be given to candidates who can professionally communicate in one or more of the following:

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

In person – Mississauga, Ontario
