Bravada Homes is a custom home builder focused on high-quality residential construction across the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Red Seal Carpenter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on carpentry and on-site leadership, with the ability to support project coordination and site supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general carpentry work (framing, finishing, and miscellaneous site tasks)
- Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination
- Manage trades and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and suppliers
- Support material takeoffs, ordering, and site logistics

Requirements:

- Red Seal Carpenter certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices




- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience in site supervision or leadership
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have own truck
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Typical range: $35–$45/hour (or equivalent salary)

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
