Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and agile Full-Time Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Provide expert patient care by offering medication counseling, answering questions about prescriptions, and advising on proper medication use.
- Ensure accurate medication administration in accordance with medical terminology and healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans, especially in hospital or acute care settings.
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication transactions to ensure compliance and safety.
- Lead efforts to uphold safety standards, including medication storage,
handling procedures, and infection control practices.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve pharmacy services.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in hospital or acute care environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric medication management and patient-centered care approaches.
- Prior leadership experience as a pharmacy manager or supervisor is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration protocols is essential.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
