DUTIES
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain & update client contact and vehicle information during all visits.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate booking.
- Maintain open communication with parts, service, detail and sales departments.
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments, repair progress, shuttle and vehicle pickup
- Assist customers with questions regarding services, upselling additional offerings when appropriate to enhance their experience.
- Promote MOPAR replacement parts and warranty benefits
- Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and management to optimize scheduling workflows and ensure customer needs and expectations are met promptly.
- Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or appointment scheduling roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling or promoting additional services or products, while meeting and exceeding customer experience.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.

Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour
