About The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Class A Welder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established Hamilton company?

We are currently hiring an experienced Class A Welder to join a busy heavy truck and trailer repair facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working with heavy equipment, trailers, and structural components.

What You'll Do

- Perform MIG welding and fabrication on heavy trucks, trailers, and related equipment
- Complete structural and general welding repairs
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Perform cutting, fitting, grinding, and preparation of materials
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Work with a variety of steel and metal components
- Safely operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting tools, and other shop equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area




- Work independently while contributing to a team environment

What We're Looking For

- Class A Welder certification or 2+ years hands on experience
- Previous experience in heavy truck, trailer, transportation, or heavy equipment welding
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings
- Experience with structural welding and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
