Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Support auditing activities by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors during reviews.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, or potential issues requiring attention.

- Prior experience working in a Canadian public accounting firm is mandatory..
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation.
