As a full-time member of our Core Insurance Delivery team, you’ll work from Saskatchewan or Manitoba, partnering with the Product Owner and delivery teams. Your expertise will be essential in eliting, prioritizing, and validating business requirements to ensure alignment with both stakeholder expectations and technical capabilities.

Engage actively in continuous improvement processes that enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage the product backlog alongside the Product Owner




- Facilitate retrospectives to improve team processes
- Develop testing plans and maintain documentation
- Support identification of key performance metrics

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis roles
- Degree in a relevant field like Mathematics or Information Technology
- Industry-recognized certifications preferred
- Knowledge of project management and insurance concepts
- Robust analytical and communication skills
