With 5-7 years of experience in long-haul trucking and cargo claims, you will educate clients on claim processes and provide essential mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide insureds through the claims process effectively
- Respond promptly to clients, claimants, and service providers
- Post reserves and manage claims payments
- Identify potential fraud in both claim types
- Negotiate settlements based on policy language

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma completed
- CIP designation required; FCIP preferred
- 2+ years in personal auto claims
- 5-7 years with trucking and cargo claims
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
