Our client in London, specializing in construction, development, and property management, is seeking a driven and adaptable Controller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization with a flat organizational structure and a hands-on approach. You will be a hands-on Controller for the core business, managing full-cycle accounting.

Manage a team of three accountants Adapt to changes on the fly and respond to immediate requests from the owner.



Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting operations. Utilize strong Excel skills and general tech proficiency. Qualifications: Prior experience as a Controller with full-cycle accounting expertise. Experience working with multiple different companies and entities, especially within construction, development, or property management, is a significant asset.CPA is a strong preference; candidates nearing completion with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply. Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment. Strong Excel skills and general tech proficiency. Ability to work fully in-office, 5 days a week, in London.
