Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with SOPs during trimming and drying processes - Lead and train Post-Harvest Team Members - Oversee tasks such as packaging and curing cannabis - Maintain and operate trimming and sorting machines - Transport products safely between production environments
Requirements: - Proven leadership experience in production or cultivation - Understanding of GMP standards and delivery metrics - Experience with post-harvest processes is a plus - Ability to work evenings and weekends - Strong attention to detail and organization
