Job Description
The Multi-Site General Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and client satisfaction of a diverse portfolio of Aramark accounts across Kamloops and area. This role provides hands‑on leadership across business dining, higher education and healthcare sites. The Multi Site GM ensures consistent execution of Aramark programs and processes, strong financial performance, and high‑quality service delivery, while developing site leaders and acting as a key partner to both clients and district leadership.Operational Leadership
Provide senior leadership and oversight across all assigned locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent service deliverySet clear expectations for operational standards while supporting site teams with hands‑on leadership and coachingConduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and service consistencyAramark Programs & Process Compliance
Ensure full adherence to all Aramark programs, policies, and operating standardsEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation programs, health and safety requirements, purchasing standards, and brand standardsHold site leaders accountable for accurate execution of Aramark systems, reporting, and controlsIdentify gaps in compliance or execution and implement corrective action plans as requiredClient Partnership & Retention
Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trust through responsiveness, consistency, and resultsSupport and lead CBRs, QBRs, audits, and renewal discussionsProactively identify risks, opportunities, and service enhancements to strengthen client relationships and retentionFinancial Accountability
Own financial performance across the portfolio, including revenue growth, labour management, food cost control, and contribution targetsReview and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports and ensure timely corrective actionsPartner with Finance and site leaders to ensure disciplined financial execution and sustainable resultsPeople Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑site management team,



building bench strength and succession plansEnsure consistent performance management, engagement, and accountability across all locationsSupport talent development and internal promotion through structured coaching and feedbackSafety & Risk Management
Champion a safety‑first culture across all sitesEnsure compliance with all client, provincial, and Aramark safety standards and reporting requirementsAddress incidents, risks, and audit findings promptly and effectivelyDistrict Support
Act as a delegate for the District Manager when requiredSupport mobilizations, renovations, and operational transitionsContribute to district initiatives related to growth, compliance, people development, and operational excellenceQualifications
Post‑secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Five or more years of senior management experience in food service, hospitality, or multi‑site operationsProven experience managing multiple locations/services and leading large, diverse teamsStrong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls; and complex operating environmentsDemonstrated ability to enforce standards while maintaining positive, productive relationshipsAdvanced food safety certification or ability to obtainStrong computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordValid driver?s license and ability to travel locally and seasonallyIdeal Candidate Profile
