About The OpportunityWe are looking to hire a Core Logging Geologist to join our Exploration Office in Timmins, ON. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8 hours/day.In this role, you will assist the underground diamond drill group primarily logging core for the Bell Creek and Timmins West mine sites as well as for various regional exploration projects. You may also be required to assist with creating diamond drill hole layouts, entering daily drill statistics, and sectional interpretations of the targeted zones.Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.Position DetailsCompensation: $38.00–$43.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.More About YouMust either be a PGO member or be eligible to apply for PGO or GIT membership in the Province of Ontario1‑3 years experience working on diamond drill projects conducting a variety of duties to assist the exploration/mine geologist.Familiar with logging,
