Toromont Cat seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician in Fredericton to support heavy equipment maintenance and repairs. You will use your expertise in Caterpillar systems to ensure exceptional service at customer sites.

This role enables you to work closely with customers, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with a focus on safety and integrity. A valid Technician License and a minimum of three years’ relevant experience are essential. Your efforts will build trusted relationships through consistent on-site support and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



• Diagnose mechanical issues with Caterpillar testing tools • Repair and maintain heavy equipment according to standards • Promote a secure and healthy work culture • Establish effective communication with customers • Achieve service goals within set time limits

Requirements: • Technician License valid under Provincial standards • Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance • Knowledge of Cat systems (ET and SIS is a plus) • Valid Driver’s Licence (DZ preferred) • Exhibits a strong work ethic and positive demeanor
