First - Sous ChefMagna Golf Club, one of Canada’s most exclusive private clubs located in Aurora, Ontario, is looking for a well experienced First - Sous Chef located at 14780 Leslie Street, Aurora, ON L4G 7C3 Canada.No. of Position: 1DutiesSupervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service during member dining, tournaments, and events.Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and execution of seasonal and event-specific offerings.Maintain hands‑on involvement during peak service periods to ensure quality control and timely delivery.Plan daily production schedules, including mise en place and staff assignments based on service requirements.Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste,
