This role supports young people with medical and complex health needs in a calm, relationship‑based workplace — where connection, consistency, and care matter.Role ResponsibilitiesAs part of the team, you’ll provide nursing support and health oversight in a community setting, working closely with the Program Manager and frontline staff.This role may include:Supporting medical and health‑related needs of children and youthProviding health oversight,
