We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial flooring industry.Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary + Bonus potentialJob SummaryIdentify and prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors.Develop strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions and guiding them through the sales process.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to close deals.Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and job site inspections before and after installation.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by managing teams, logistics, and material inventory.Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, project managers, and supervisors, providing performance reviews.Implement safety procedures and ensure installations meet industry standards.Manage operational budgets, forecast costs,
