Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness (OE) Governance, you will work regularly with members of the OE team, across HR COEs, HRBPs and Control function partners to proactively address and remediate regulatory and policy related issues and support the implementation of various projects.Primary Accountabilities IncludePlanning, coordinating, and executing BAU OE governance activities,
including management of JIRA requests and the regular coordination of Governance activitiesSupporting the development and deployment of job models, including job profile creation and job mapping activitiesPlanning and conducting end-to-end analysis for HR review, including meaningful data gathering and validation, presenting findings, including observations/recommendationsAssisting with ongoing development of presentations and materials to convey complex conceptual topicsMay lead additional processes as requiredJob RequirementsYou're a skilled with excellent research and data analysis skills, and you excel in both written and oral communication.
