In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for producing high-quality products in a safe and fast‑paced setting. Notify your supervisor immediately.Able to work around equipment and machinery.Must be able to perform picking, consolidating, cleaning, and certain clerical functions as well as other non‑forklift activities in the warehouse. All pick line functions.Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.Employee must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOPs related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF).Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities.Support special projects and other duties as assigned.Job Specific CompetenciesPrevious warehouse and material handling experience preferred.Ability to work in cold temperatures (32‑35 degrees).Willing to follow PPE protocol (hairnet, hardhat,



gloves, smock / safety vest).Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches) are not permitted on production floors.Must be able to stand, walk, climb and work in confined or awkward spaces for extended periods of time.Ability to maneuver around an array of equipment, to work in a cold environment, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work in a cold environment (35* on Plant floor).Physical RequirementsWork is performed in a cold setting with an average temperature of 34°F. Concentrated chlorine and concealed ammonia is present. Work surfaces and floors may be wet. Employees are required to wear approved shoes and protective equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and 20 lbs. overhead as job demands. Constant standing on a concrete floor, reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements may be required.
