The Maintenance Technician provides a high standard of building maintenance, providing quality experiences and ensuring the safety of members. Working as an integral part of the centre staff team in relationship building and connecting with members, ensures excellent member relations and rapport in day-to-day interactions. In this role, you will: Maintain and repair building equipment, respond to work orders, including painting and drywall, maintain HVAC equipment, handle fire safety and emergency equipment, and maintain lockers, surface floors, and repair plumbing as needed. Take appropriate action to rectify any problems, including coordinating third-party contractors Ensure the safe and continual operation of pools, whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, along with related equipment, chemicals, and cleanliness, as required by relevant legislation.
