Job Description:

The client is seeking an end-to-end testing manager capable of governing the complete testing strategy for a transformation program, not a test case executor or a single-tool specialist.

This is a leadership role: defining and governing the strategy, planning validation phases, coordinating dependencies between teams and suppliers, and producing progress and risk indicators for management. The recurring keywords (complete strategy, govern, coordinate, end-to-end, multi-system, multiple phases) indicate an expectation of seniority and decision-making autonomy rather than a production-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

A client in the Quebec financial sector is undertaking a major transformation of its distribution ecosystem and CRM. The mandate aims to manage the end-to-end validation of the program:



defining the testing strategy, planning validation phases, and coordinating testing across multiple systems, teams, and vendors.

Define and govern the complete program testing strategy.

Coordinate dependencies between teams, vendors, and technology domains.

Define the requirements for test environments and data.

Implement a sustainable regression testing approach and recommend automation opportunities.

Prepare and coordinate acceptance testing and production deployments.

Produce progress and risk indicators for management.

Requirements

Desired profile:

10+ years in quality assurance and test strategy, experience as test manager for a complex transformation program, integrated multi-system testing and Salesforce environments

Experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.

Required:

10+ years in Quality Assurance and Test Strategy

Experience as End-to-End Test Lead for a Complex Transformation Program

Multi-System Integrated Testing

Experience in Salesforce Environments

Understanding of Data, Integration, and Test Environment Issues

Multi-Team Coordination and Influencing with Business and IT Stakeholders

Asset:

Experience in Financial Services or Insurance

Recommendation of Automation Opportunities Testing
