This Cleaner role requires two years of experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for cleaning both common areas and individual suites, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all residents. Key Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize entrances, elevators, and stairwells • Prepare and touch-up vacant suites after move-outs • Perform garbage collection both inside and outside • Provide assistance with snow removal when necessary • Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements: • At least 2 years cleaning experience • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle • Ability to navigate physical demands of the job • Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
