The role includes preventative maintenance, inspections, repair or replacement of parts, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and OEM standards.Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer communication.Conduct multi-point inspections, recommend repairs, and ensure safety and reliability of repaired vehicles.Document all work performed on the vehicle repair order, ensuring warranty work payment by manufacturer.Maintain inventory of commonly used tool items not typically inventoried by the Service department.Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as required.Provide exceptional repair experience to drive customer loyalty and revenue.QualificationsStrong knowledge of various makes and models.Provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate,
