This role plays a key part in coordinating project activities, managing financial and operational components, and collaborating with internal and external partners to advance innovation initiatives.What You’ll DoProject Planning & DeliverySupport the design, development, and execution of grid innovation pilot projectsContribute to project management activities including plans, schedules, timelines, and documentationTrack action items, decisions, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on courseIdentify process improvements and workflow enhancements in collaboration with project teams and vendorsFinancial & Performance ManagementMonitor monthly and quarterly project financials, including variance analysis and forecastingPrepare project reporting packages and support approvals for reimbursementsTrack vendor payments, accruals, and internal resource contributions to ensure accurate project costingStakeholder & Vendor ManagementCollaborate with Finance and Customer Service teams to manage customer incentive invoicing, payments, and reconciliationsPartner with Legal to support contract development, negotiation, and vendor relationship managementMonitor vendor performance and ensure delivery of contractual obligationsCustomer & Program EngagementWork with Marketing to support customer acquisition and program awarenessProvide subject matter expertise and training to internal teams and customersConduct participant interviews, develop customer‑facing materials, and track enrollmentCoordinate and respond to customer feedbackTeam Collaboration & Operational SupportSupport recruitment activities, cross‑training, and knowledge sharing within the project teamFoster collaboration and contribute to a positive,
