We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support healthcare professionals in delivering excellent patient care.Position SummaryThe Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the administrative and operational functions of the practice. This role requires solid leadership, organizational skills, and experience in medical office administration and billing.EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration and managementExperience3-5 years management experienceKey Responsibilities / TasksImplement and improve administrative proceduresEstablish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are metOversee and carry out administrative activities of the practiceReview and evaluate new administrative proceduresCoordinate and plan office services, including equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, maintenance, security services, account reconciliations, billing MSP, private, and third partyAssist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controlsAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports,
manuals, and correspondenceOversee and coordinate office administrative proceduresComplete insurance and other medical claim formsResolve workplace and operational conflict situations professionally and effectivelyMaintain accuracy in full EMR operations; as manager will be responsible for accuracy of EMR charts and billing dailyPrepare spreadsheets, documents, and reports for reviewManage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointmentsManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconcile accountsSterilize and maintain instruments and equipmentAssist healthcare professionals with administrative and operational support as requiredQualificationsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast? paced clinical environmentAbility to work independentlyAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management skillsProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems (Accuro preferred), point of sale systems (POS) and standard office software (electronic mail, electronic scheduler, spreadsheets, etc.)Medical billing experience in a healthcare or medical office settingWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationGroup insurance benefitsSupportive and professional work environmentWho can apply for this positionCanadian citizensPermanent residents of CanadaTemporary residents of Canada with a valid work permitDo not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
