Key Responsibilities: • Process incoming invoices for timely payments • Verify accuracy and relevance of vendor invoices • Manage coding of non-PO invoices in the system • Scan and manage PO invoices for payment • Reconcile supplier statements regularly
Requirements: • AEC or DEP certification essential • Minimum one year accounting experience required • Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite • Ability to transparent problem invoices effectively • Strong attention to detail in processing work
