Lead the DevOps practice at Delta Intelligent Building Technologies as a DevOps Manager in Surrey. Manage tooling, deployment, and release processes across Product Development teams seamlessly.

In this role, you will own the DevOps toolbox and release management for the Product Development department. As a key figure, you will collaborate with product teams to ensure high deployment reliability and adherence to best practices. You will also mentor and guide DevOps Specialists within your functional oversight to establish and maintain consistent operational standards.

• Oversee build and deployment reliability across Product Development • Define consistent merge and release standards for teams • Maintain CI/CD infrastructure and improve standards • Administer enterprise DevOps tooling like GitLab and Jenkins • Drive incident response program ownership across the organization

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles • Robust skills in managing release processes at scale • Experience with CI/CD and incident response programs • Expertise in enterprise DevOps tools administration • Technical mentorship experience with teams
