This role is central to Kepler’s mission of building a scalable platform in space, where hardware systems are critical to the operation of the system. You will own cost, schedule, and technical integration, working across disciplines to ensure we deliver reliable, high-performance systems that meet mission needs.Expected Time Breakdown35% – Scope, schedule, and cost management35% – Cross-functional coordination and integration30% – Risk management, stakeholder communication, and process adherenceKey ResponsibilitiesLead an integrated product team owning the design, development and delivery of subsystem unitsEstablish priorities and manage execution across assigned work packagesPlan and lead milestone and readiness reviews including stakeholder design reviewsMaintain alignment between program-level objectives and day-to-day engineering workManage cost, schedule, and scope from concept through deliveryDrive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and schedule recovery where neededEnsure adherence to engineering processes, quality standards, and system-level requirementsCoordinate across disciplines (systems, software, hardware, QA, integration) to ensure consistent progress and transparent technical directionRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or related)5+ years in design engineering, with 3+ years as a technical project manager,



preferably in space, aerospace, automotive, or similar regulated environmentsExperience leading cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) from concept through productionStrong understanding of full development lifecycle, verification and validation practicesProficient in schedule management, cost estimation, and completion tracking using tools such as MS Project or JiraEffective communicator and decision-maker across engineering, PMO, and leadership teamsBonus PointsExperience with design for space and space industry program development phasesKnowledge of agile and classical project management principles for hardware developmentFamiliarity with earned value methodologiesSalarySalary Range: $100,622 - 150,622 CADActual total compensation will be determined at the Company’s discretion and is based on a variety of job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, performance, and education.
