you will:Assembly and ProductionAssemble parts and components into finished products following detailed specifications and work instructionsWork with hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment safely and effectivelyRotate across multiple assembly tasks, gaining exposure to different production processesQuality & InspectionPerform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standardsIdentify, troubleshoot, and report defects or issues promptlyMaintain a strong focus on precision, quality, and consistency in all workTeam Collaboration & ImprovementCollaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiencyContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and production environmentWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in product assembly within a manufacturing environmentPost-secondary technical diploma (e.G., electronics, robotics, telecommunications – BCIT or similar)Experience with electronic assembly, includingsoldering (required)Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagramsProficiency with hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsA proactive,
