The Opportunity:We are looking for a Corporate Concierge to join our growing team at 40 King St, Toronto in the Scotia Plaza building. The role reports to the General Manager and will act as a highly visible and accessible representative of this AAA class building. The Concierge will enhance the tenant experience, respond to inquiries, enforce site regulations, and participate in community meetings and events.What You Will Do:Manage client relations and provide excellent service to all clients and guests; Ensure contractors, tenants and guests comply with site regulations; Communicate with all clients, guests, and employees in a professional manner; Anticipate andrespond to all client issues promptly and take appropriate action to rectify concerns; Display knowledge of all services, facilities and features of Scotia Plaza and promote them as appropriate; Keep up to date oncurrent events and have expert knowledge of the surrounding community, including the PATH and its amenities and services; Provide information and respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff, referring to the appropriate person as necessary; Perform all other duties as assigned.Who You Are:Experience– 3-5 years related experience as a hotel/residential concierge; experience in a customer service, property management or hospitality related role; Les Clefs d'Or membership would be an asset,



however it is not required.Education – Post‑secondary education.Relationship Skills– Exceptional and refined oral and written communication and presentation skills; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with tenants, visitors, contractors and internal staff.Organizational/Multi‑Task Skills– Ability to allocate one’s time effectively and work under pressure; ability to handlemultiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and constant changes; detail oriented.Computer Skills – Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.Police Clearance– A criminal verification check is required for employment.The expected base pay range is $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year. Base pay may vary based on location, experience, skills or qualifications.
