OurOperatorsare responsible for facilitating communication and responses between our Security Officers, clients, and Paladin management throughout the province, regarding emergency situations, special requests, site safety, and more.Pay Rate:$21.00/hourWork Hours:Full-time overnight shifts (graveyard)ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound / outbound calls and email communicationDispatch alarm response callsInitiate after-hour emergency service calls and security requestsUse exceptional customer service skills while remaining calm and focused in stressful, high-pressure situations, adapting quickly in a dynamic environmentDocument all information into comprehensive reportsRequirements1-2 years of call center, dispatching, scheduling, security, or related work experienceExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a willingness to learn new systemsDetail-oriented with strong time management, organizational,
