Renowned for delivering technically complex, high-value work, this organization operates across healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, and commercial sectors and offers a collaborative, performance-driven environment.As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the primary project leader, accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial building projects, typically valued at $50M+. This role requires exceptional leadership across site operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of site staff, trades, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $30M–$150M- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors- Drive project schedules, budgets,
