As a Structural Superintendent, you'll oversee the precision planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise and multi-residential projects, leading a dedicated crew to deliver excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at resource management, and have a proven track record in structural construction, this is your opportunity to shape the future of urban design while prioritizing safety and teamwork.What You Will Do Read and interpret plans, instructions, blueprints, structural drawings, rough sketches, and specifications to determine work activitiesPlan, assign, schedule and supervise the work of concrete crews, laborers, truck drivers and equipment operators engaged in the constructionCoordinate, issue work orders and be accountable for ordering of all concrete materialsManage a crew of workersOrganize labor and material on a daily basisCompletion of administrative paperwork relating to the siteManage and coordinate shared resources with other superintendentsMaintain a resource schedulePrepare computerized schedule and update schedule reportingTrack and report daily job productionsControl daily costs and wasteCoordinate with Consultants regarding structural inspectionsEffectively communicate project expectations to team members on an ongoing basisManage and prevent occupational hazards and ensure site meets all safety standardsCommunicate with Site Superintendent regarding any concerns, discrepancies, additions,
