OverviewFinance Manager– Join the team as the new Finance Manager!Are you a numbers loving problem solver with a passion for making a real difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager to join a warm, dedicated team to help continue delivering life changing support to people affected by cancer across the region. This is your chance to bring your financial expertise into a charity that genuinely values your skills, your ideas, and your commitment to good governance. You’ll work closely with the CEO, trustees, fundraisers and shop team, becoming a key player in shaping future growth.Position:Finance ManagerLocation:Bradford/Hybrid (office attendance at least once a week on a Tue or Wed)Salary:£21.55 per hour + 3% pension contribution (FTE £42,501.16)Hours:Part-time, 15 per week (2 days)Contract:PermanentClose date:18th May 2026About The RoleWhat you’ll be doingLeading day to day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementProducing monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and presenting at Board meetingsManaging project and grant budgets and reporting to fundersPreparing payroll information and ensuring robust, compliant financial systemsSupporting fundraising and retail teams with essential financial insightOverseeing audit/independent examination processesEnsuring compliance with Charity Commission, Companies House and HMRC requirementsUsing Xero, DEXT, Excel and other Microsoft tools to keep everything running smoothlyAbout YouWhat we’re looking forA qualified accountant or QBE with strong financial management experienceIdeally, experience in the charity or non profit sectorConfident with charity finance regulations and reportingSkilled in accounting software and ExcelHighly organised,
