As a Solutions Analyst, you will lead client sessions, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and solutions. You will also manage documentation and maintain a smooth communication flow between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead client requirements workshops and discovery sessions • Analyze and document clear business and functional requirements • Collaborate with Product and Development teams for alignment • Identify gaps and manage outstanding client information • Provide training on implementation and ongoing processing concepts

Requirements: • 3-7 years in requirements analysis or business analysis • Experience with client interactions for requirement gathering • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Background in benefits administration or related field
