You’ll work with internal teams and outsourced vendors to move ideas from discovery to MVP to scaled rollout, with transparent measures of impact.What you’ll doSupporting process improvement and automation opportunitiesTake part in discovery sessions to understand current workflows and pain pointsObserve how work is done and help document processes and issuesSupport the identification and prioritisation of improvement opportunities using simple criteria (impact, effort, risk, time to value)Learn where automation or AI can help (e.G. extraction, classification, summarisation,
