Insight Global is seeking an HR Administrator to support a growing organization in the Greater Vancouver area. This individual will be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, HR administration, and payroll support. The ideal candidate has experience working in organizations that have undergone acquisitions and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

4 years of HR Administration or HR Operations experience

Hands-on experience with Payworks

Experience supporting organizations through mergers, acquisitions, or integrations

Strong experience coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding

Experience preparing and managing employment contracts and HR documentation





Robust organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

Prepare and maintain employment agreements and employee records

Support payroll administration through Payworks

Coordinate employee lifecycle changes and HR documentation

Respond to employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations

Assist with acquisition-related employee transitions and integrations
