Position Summary Reporting to the VP, Finance, NorthStar Gaming is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate has a robust IFRS background, public company experience, and a track record of driving strategicpriorities while executing operational detail. and provide financial planning and analysis support. Evaluate investments, spending, and return on investment with other functions; identify and drive cost-cutting initiatives. Support investor-facing messaging and contribute to board and audit committee materials. Lead continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls. Accounting & Reporting Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under IFRS, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and lead preparation of consolidated financial statements. Support Senior Leadership and Legal Counsel with financial data for public company filings (e.G., MD&A;, earnings releases). Manage the general ledger,
