The Internal Communications Business Partner is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s internal narrative—ensuring employees are aligned, informed, and inspired by the organization’s vision, strategy, and culture. Ce rôle agit à titre de partenaire stratégique auprès de l’équipe de la haute direction, en traduisant les priorités d’affaires en messages clairs, percutants et cohérents à l’échelle de l’entreprise.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the company’s internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.Develop and maintain a cohesive internal narrative that connects strategy, culture, and employee experience.Ensure consistency in voice, tone,
and messaging across all internal communications.Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the entire executive leadership team.Shape and deliver executive communications including town halls, company updates, leadership messaging, and key announcements.Align leadership voices to ensure clarity, authenticity and consistency across the organization.Partner with OD and leadership to embed company values, culture, and inclusion into all communications.Design and deliver communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, connection, and belonging.Elevate key moments that matter (e.G., recognition, milestones, leadership visibility, cultural initiatives).Lead communication strategies for organizational changes, transformation initiatives and PX programs.Translate complex business changes into clear, transparent and employee‑centric messaging.Develop communication frameworks that drive understanding, adoption and engagement—not just awareness.Support internal rollout of marketing campaigns, product launches, go‑to‑market strategies and talent enablement efforts.Ensure employees are informed, equipped and aligned to effectively represent the business.Oversee development of high‑impact content across internal channels (email, VivaEngage posts, All Company meetings,
newsletters, etc.).Build compelling storytelling that reinforces company priorities and culture.Continuously optimise communication channels for effectiveness, reach and engagement.Develop scalable playbooks, templates and frameworks to enable consistent communication across the organization.Establish governance and standards to ensure quality and alignment in messaging.Continuously refine communication approaches based on data and organisational needs.Qualifications8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field.Proven experience developing and leading enterprise‑wide communication strategies.Strong experience supporting and advising executive‑level communications.Experience in complex, fast‑paced or multi‑functional organisations.Exposure to culture, employee engagement or I&B; initiatives strongly preferred.Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into explicit, compelling messaging.This position requires proficiency in English to interact, support and/or provide services to non‑French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or outside the province of Québec.Expected Compensation: C$85,000 - C$100,000All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or disability status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
