What Will You Do Lead, mentor,



and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets in Ontario Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical device industry. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. What Do You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment Strong sales process Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Robust understanding of healthcare and medical device industry trends would be an asset (or Capital equipment with long sales cycles) Experience with tenders/proposals a strong asset Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
