This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.What You’ll DoSupport Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projectsCoordinate communication between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and progress trackingPrepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentationSupport procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries, and vendor coordinationAssist with submittals, close-out documentation, warranties, and compliance requirementsParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and timelinesHelp identify and resolve project issues, delays, or coordination challengesEnsure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specificationsMaintain accurate project records, reports,
