Covenant House Vancouver seeks a dedicated youth worker to provide protected, affordable housing and ongoing support for youth aged 16–24. You will assess immediate needs, connect them with resources, and collaborate with staff to develop action plans that enable progress toward independent living. Responsibilities include crisis response, life skills coaching, case file management, and coordinating with external supports, all within a trauma-informed framework.
