We are seeking an articling student to join our legal team in Burlington. • Registered as a licensing candidate with the Law Society of Ontario, eligible to commence articles
• Robust legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple files at once
• Genuine interest in in-house corporate practice within a fast-moving business environment
What we offer:
• Direct mentorship from the General Counsel, who is an approved articling principal
• Broad, practical experience across corporate, commercial, litigation, and regulatory work
• Potential to be considered for a junior lawyer role after call, based on performance
• Compensation: $50,000 to $52,000 annually.
