Job SummaryThe CRCL Coordinators are responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and overseeing service delivery, and providing frontline care. This role is vital to the integrity of the service and requires successful candidates to maintain effective relationships with all staff and CRCL Leadership to support team quality and adherence to shared practices and policies.Working on the TeamThe CRCL Victoria Team delivers acute mobile crisis support and de‑escalation services to persons 13 years of age and older experiencing mental health and/or substance use related crises. The Coordinator oversees rapid point‑of‑service mental health crisis management, including assessment, suicide intervention, safety planning, acute care planning, referrals, and escalation to emergency services while grounding the approach in person‑centered, harm‑reduction, and trauma‑informed care.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam CoordinationOversee daily operations, including service delivery and direct servicesProvide daily support for staff, including performance coaching, debriefing, and check‑insMaintain effective working relationships with CRCL staff, leadership, and community care providers, including emergency services personnelParticipate in team development, including hiring, training, and staff performance reviews as requestedOperate in alignment with AVI’s Leadership Guidelines – trauma‑informed, supportive, curious, objective, fair, collaborative, non‑stigmatizing, open‑minded, ethical, protected, non‑judgmental, and aligned with AVI’s valuesOversee and supervise confidential case notes, ensuring quality control and proper storageEnsure quality control and transparency of service reporting to CRCL LeadershipRemain available to support the team, attending calls, acting as Dispatch Navigator, performing outreach, and engaging community members and partnersKey Characteristics of a Successful CandidateEmotional resilience and ability to center the needs of the person in crisisHumility, flexibility,

Relevant Degree and Leadership Work Experience Pathway– Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant mental health service experience with at least 3 years of demonstrable team leadership, including daily supervision of staff and quality service delivery; University degreein mental health, health, or social services2. Combination of Relevant Education and Leadership Work Experience Pathway– Minimum 7‑9 years of combined education and/or experience in mental health services, including crisis de‑escalation, mobile crisis response, and acute mental health services; at least 3 years of demonstrable team leadership, including daily supervisionAll applicants must also: experience providing crisis response, de‑escalation,
