We are looking to add an experienced Civil Drafting Technologist to our Design Production Team in the Calgary office. This role offers growth, flexibility, mentorship opportunities and the chance to contribute to vibrant community projects across the Calgary region.ResponsibilitiesCarry out civil design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D to support recent and in‑progress community developments.Translate high‑level conceptual designs into fully constructed projects, from preliminary phases through to completion.Support engineering personnel in the field with design, drawing production, and construction specifications.Work collaboratively with engineering, planning, and drafting specialists.Ensure quality control of your design production work and that of the group.Perform a variety of defined assignments with independent judgment, reviewing and advising on technical challenges.Assist with coordination of project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.QualificationsGraduate of an Engineering Design and Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent program.5–10 years of relevant civil design experience, including subdivision site grading, road design, and deep underground design.High proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Infraworks.Excellent drafting skills and knowledge of drawing set‑up and production.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office software.Strong attention to detail and pride in work,
