The Global Network Engineering - Design team is responsible for maintaining the software and hardware standards for network, enterprise telephony and contact center technologies. Working closely with the architecture team we are engaged in developing the platforms roadmaps, participate in the Proof Of Concept and responsible for the production pilot of current technologies. We provide the solution designs and work closely with all global regions to maintain common strategies and service methodologies. The team is engaged in all major projects and complex initiatives providing technical oversight and guidance to ensures all standards and patterns are followed. Reporting to a Senior Manager, Global Network Engineering - Design, as a Network Engineer you will play a critical part in helping the team support the various technologies within our Global Network.Is this role right for you?
