You'll help shape quality strategies, build automation frameworks, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable software.CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000–$110,000. This role is a future prospect.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and perform quality risk assessmentsSupport the creation of test strategies and test plansDevelop and maintain test cases,



automated scripts, and traceability matricesIdentify and prepare test dataEnsure adherence to quality processes and best practicesExecute system and integration test scriptsDetect, log, and retest defectsParticipate lessons‑learned and knowledge‑sharing sessionsCommunicate testing progress to leads and clientsProduce internal and client‑facing status reportsMaintain strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practicesMentor and coach other partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent experience3+ years of hand‑on software testing experienceExperience working in Canadian banking or financial servicesStrong Java programming skills for automation and algorithmic problem‑solving3+ years with test management tools (e.G. JIRA)3+ years with functional automation test tools (e.G. Selenium)Working experience with API automation test tools (e.G. REST‑Assured, ParaSoft SOATest)Working knowledge of SDLCProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Asset QualificationsISTQB Foundation or other testing certificationsExperience with accessibility testing tools (e.G.
